"I take great personal satisfaction from helping individuals and families live their best life. It is why I started this business and continues to be my great motivator."
I had an early start, graduting high school (Cherry Hill West) at age 16. I am proud of the early days of my career, where I spent 10 years at General Electric, after the University of Massachusetts (BA, Economics). First in the GE Financial Management Program, later as a part of the Corporate Audit Staff, and finally as a leader in various Financial Planning & Analysis roles at GE Water & GE Aviation, I had the opportunity to master hard skills, like Six Sigma analysis (Certified Black Belt) and experience how setting targets, measuring what’s important, and innovating are sure paths to success. And it was there I learned from GE’s amazing global talent, and had the privilege to work all over our nation, and the world. I wouldn’t trade the foundation of my career for any other.
Deeply intent on creating a different balance in my life, I attended a NAPFA conference where I was introduced to the concept of fee-only planning. It was like coming home. And thus began a new chapter for me …
… what will your next chapter be?
